Cindy Spence has always lived in Northwest Florida (also known as the Florida Panhandle) and since 1985 in the Greater Pensacola Area; so, she has a great grasp of what it means to live and work here. Her travels to other beaches over the years has given her an appreciation for the characteristics that make this area so unique. She has deep roots in this area and can't imagine living anywhere else but here!

Having 15 years of custom homebuilding experience and 22 years in real estate, Cindy has an eye for recognizing details and craftsmanship in homes. She feels that open and honest communication is key to a successful relationship between buyers, sellers and their agents. She enjoys being both a listing agent and a buyers' agent and feels that wearing both hats allows her to bring special insight to each unique real estate transaction. As a multi-million-dollar producer of the Connell & Company team, she is able to offer aggressive marketing, the best internet presence and many years of experience negotiating on the behalf of her clients. She wants her clients to feel satisfied and well represented and she strives to make life long and personal relationships with them.
